Cute Annette Funicello bear with fancy black feather hat

This adorable bear has a tush tag that says Annette Funicello Collectible Bear Co.     The bear is 100% mohair; the inside is 100% polyester.  It's almost 12 inches tall from top of head to tippy toes.  It's a dark, perhaps black, fur color with patches of lighter underfur showing up.  The feather "hat" decoration on the head is really neat.  Absolutely too cute!  No box.   I would say this bear is in excellent condition but of course it has been displayed.
