Due to eBay's recent feedback changes, it is almost impossible for a Seller to protect themselves against a hostile Buyer. A hostile buyer can leave a negative feedback at whim, even when the seller has done everything they can to appease them. So my response to that is...I have had over 960+ positive feedbacks..before the changeover I was operating at a 99.1% positive feedback and then after..a 97.3%. I want my buyers to feel protected and secure that they can buy from me, but at the same time..we are scraping by a living on here so I can stay at home with my son, and we have to be protected somehow. If an item is listed as new and it arrives in a different condition without question I will offer a refund. To include return shipping.
If it is an used item and I list it as working it will be guaranteed to arrive in working order. (Applies to mechanical, electronic items)This is the most likely and potential problem and will alleviate it. Refunds will be given once item is received back to include return shipping, or if an item is insured, the money will be refunded once the claim is processed.
