When you order your house/kit to be assembled, custom painted and/or landscaped; please DO NOT PAY when ordering. Send me an email specifying the colors you want your house/kit painted (details please). If you order landscaping for your house, it will be different than the stock photo. I will then invoice you with the fee added.

 My custom work is very popular because I take pride in my work and my prices are very reasonable. I assemble the houses/kits in order of paid date. I always have a backlog of orders and I work five days a week. Each house/kit is special to me and I want each new homeowner/customer to be delighted with my work.

So, I just want my customers to understand there is a waiting list and due to backlog I can’t really determine exactly when your house/kit will be shipped.
