All shipping originates from the T5B 0Y9 postal code. Shipment will be either Canada Post, FEDEX, or Purolator Some larger items will ship via UPS Ground service. Orders are generally shipped within 3 days of full payment.
I am NOT Uncle Sam and as such, am not personally responsible for delays in the mail. As much as it annoys all of us (me included) for the mail to be delayed, please don’t blame the proverbial messenger. If you feel that there is a problem with your shipment, kindly contact me so we can discuss the matter, rather than begrudgingly dropping negative feedback. I will do my best to offer you a solution.
Often, all it requires is a few extra days. I do my best to ship your item within a day or two of receiving payment and you are notified either by me, or by Canada Post once your shipment goes out.
I ship through Canada Post to Canada, USA, Western Europe, Japan and Australia without problem, If you are in another country, you MUST pay to have your order shipped by courier as the likelihood of it getting “lost” in the mail is greater. I have great courier rates so please enquire before assuming that it’s too expensive!
